Presenter Policies
_DOWNLOAD THE PRESENTER AGREEMENT HERE
You need to know what you can or can't do with our products and the marketing of them.
SOME IMPORTANT POINTS:
NO 3RD PARTY SITE SALES
You CANNOT sell Younique products on 3rd party websites like Ebay, Craigslist, StoreEnvy, an online Boutique etc... It is against company policies. You also can not store stock and sell from that stock in a retail location (like a salon). You CAN have a display in a salon and refer people to your site or exchange product in a different location. All online sales must go through YOUR Younique Website. You CANNOT sell Younique products through buy/sell/trade groups on Facebook.
If you see someone abusing company policies, please email compliance@youniqueproducts.com.
There is no need to contact the presenter in question, unless they are in your downline and you'd like to help them to make sure they are in compliance and not in danger of losing their presentership.
NO SOLICITING LEADS FROM THE CORP. FAN PAGEFrom Melanie Maxfield Huscroft
Important note! Please do NOT solicit or “steal” recruits from the Younique corporate fan page. It is not a resource for you to promote your business or reach out to interested parties. It is a great opportunity to create hype, interest, and excitement around the opportunity and our products by commenting on posts, etc, but should NOT become a feeding frenzy as soon as someone expresses interest in learning more about Younique. I’ve been hearing all too much lately from potential prospects that numerous Presenters will go ‘friend’ anyone who makes a comment and then reach out to them. This is highly inappropriate! The corporate fan page is NOT a place for you to post your link or view as a place to find potential recruits. I know who you are and it must stop! I promise you that we are corporate will manage the page appropriately and refer them and help them through the process of getting Presenter support and make sure they are taken care of.
NO SPAM
Please don't leave your website on random comments on different sites, blogs, youtube videos, etc ... it's very spammy, super tacky, and just makes you look bad - and makes younique look bad. Don't join a group and then begin messaging people in the group unless they request information. You'll be placed in facebook jail and people will block you .
Know how to avoid Facebook Jail! Don't send out a lot of friend requests to people that you are not sure 100% that they will accept. Google "facebook jail" to learn more about Facebook's policies.
